Course Description:

Freedom School of Ministry’s Spiritual Formation course is designed to expose the learner to what’s happening inside themselves. Spiritual Formation is about taking a journey into the heart to see the Person of Jesus and unearth the roots of wrong thinking in order to see Jesus more fully. Throughout the course, students will spend a large portion of time reading and writing. Little will be “due” each week, though regular progress through the material is expected. The intention of this structure is to give the student control of their own meditation and growth process while noticing and addressing the hindrances to consistency. At the end of this course, the student should understand their obstacles to consistent Spiritual Formation practices and develop the confidence needed to address them moving forward.
