Come up with the three most important goals for your ministry in the next 6 months – 1 year. 

• How does your ministry plan to get there?
• When does your ministry want to accomplish these goals?

Take Notes on Video/ Listening Assignment and answer the following questions to place in your Ministry Toolbox:

a. What information shared on the video resonates with you? Why?
b. What information shared by the speaker are you struggling with? Why?
c. What information do I need to put in my ministry toolbox to utilize in the future?
d. What information shared can I utilize now?
e. What questions do I have?

Assignment should be up to one page (250 words), can include bullet points, raw thoughts, and quotes.
